On March 26 2024, we had the honor to organize an outreach event aimed at increasing understanding and awareness related to outsourcing workforce management. This event is a follow-up to the Letter from the Main Director of PT. Asta Nadi Karya Utama Number: 3.1094/ASTA.OS/III/2024 concerning applications for socialization of outsourcing workers.
This event was opened with a warm welcome from Drs. I Ketut Adiarsa, MH, Head of the Bureau of Procurement of Goods/Services and the Economy of the Regional Secretariat of Bali Province. He expressed his appreciation for PT Asta Nadi Karya Utama’s initiative in organizing this event and underlined the importance of the provider being registered in the E-Catalog.
In his remarks, Mr. Adiarsa also emphasized the commitment of the Bali Provincial government to support efforts aimed at improving the welfare of workers, including outsourced workers. He hopes that this event can be a momentum to strengthen cooperation between the private sector and the government in creating better working conditions for all parties concerned.
Next, the event continued with a presentation session from related speakers from PT Asta Nadi Karya Utama, namely Mrs. Putu Swesty Prahayani, S.E., Ak. as Main Director of PT Asta Nadi Karya Utama and Mr. Putu Indra P., S.H. as Operational Director of PT Asta Nadi Karya Utama. They provide valuable insight into regulations related to outsourced labor, company responsibilities, employee rights, and strategies to improve service quality and safety in the use of outsourced labor.
The event participants, consisting of Secretaries, Heads of Departments and Commitment Making Officers (PPK), actively participated in discussion and question and answer sessions. This reflects the seriousness and shared commitment to achieve a better understanding and improve working conditions related to outsourced labor in Bali Province.
We thank all parties who took part in this event. Hopefully what has been discussed and conveyed can be a significant first step towards positive changes in the management of outsourced workers. Thank you also to Drs. I Ketut Adiarsa, MH, for his presence and support in this event.
